Over fifteen years at the intersection

My work has moved across organizational innovation, conscious leadership, community development, and human-AI methodology. From corporate innovation ecosystems to cultural institutions, from grassroots community initiatives to systemic transformation programs — the thread has always been the same: creating conditions for what wants to emerge.

I bring together depth of field and breadth of experience — grounded in systems thinking, Kabbalistic and somatic traditions, depth psychology, and pioneering practice in human-AI collaboration as a core methodology. I work at the edges where disciplines meet and conventional approaches run out.

In practice, I bring people and partners together around meaningful goals, fostering transparency and designing structures that allow for organic growth. The result is a living ecosystem that sustains itself through adaptability and genuine connection.

A weekend-length event design that moves a community from the inside out. A night that opens. A day that puts what opened to work. A city that carries it forward.

Built on the principles of radical inclusion, gifting, communal effort, and immediacy — with AI as a collective memory instrument that harvests what emerges and returns it to the whole. Makers carry the field. The city receives what they built. What happens, stays — first in the body, then in language.

The Pulse is one expression of what becomes possible when the right conditions are in place.
